Career Painter

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open role of Career Painter on shift at our Shell Rock, IA location.

• Proficiently apply exterior coatings by spray and/or hand-held methods
• Proficiently seal and/or bake final exterior coatings
• Proficiently apply interior primer coats
• Prepare painting area
• Apply primer or first exterior coat
• Prepare and/or mix paint
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing
