Mill Operator
Urgently Hiring!
Location: Wilton, IA
Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $17.50/hr.

Job Duties for Mill Operator:
- Operate mill equipment to process and shape steel according to production requirements
- Monitor machinery during operation and make basic adjustments as needed
- Load and unload steel materials using cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment
- Inspect materials for quality, dimensions, and defects
- Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and safety instructions
- Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or safety issues
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to make minor machine adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
