• Troubleshoot technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions for resolution
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments through continuous communication
• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams and review engineering change notices
• Communicate service‑related documentation, including field bulletins and product updates, to customers and team members
• Collaborate in continuous training efforts to enhance proficiency on various products

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field or a related area
• Proficient problem‑solving capabilities
• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

• Experience in a contact center or hands‑on equipment repair work
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with technical documentation and support processes
• Ability to coordinate and lead team meetings effectively
