Location: Hamburg, IA

Compensation: $22/hr and up

Hours:

This job will be 1st shift. Usual hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday‑Friday, with some OT, including weekends. During fall harvest we are open 7 days per week for 12+ hours per day and you can expect to work 6 or 7 days per week during that time.

Equipment Used: Various grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs

Material Handled: Bulk commodities: corn, soybeans, etc.

The duties of this hands‑on job will include grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members. Grain Elevator Operators will be cross‑trained to perform a variety of tasks.

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand, and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

• This job can be physically strenuous
• You will be expected to work in tight and confined spaces
• You will work at heights
• You will need the ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
• This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
• You will be required to wear PPE
