Laborer (Orange City, FL) – FCC Environmental Services

Join our team as a Laborer performing physical tasks to support the operations of our recycling facility. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and collaboration with team members to ensure the efficient processing and recycling of materials.

• Sort recycling materials from conveyor belts or processing equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
• Collaborate with machine operators to ensure the smooth operation of processing equipment.
• Follow instructions to support the processing of recycled material.
• Maintain basic records of material movements and activities as required.
• Report any issues, incidents, or observations to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges or concerns.

• Garbage/recycling experience preferred
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary
