We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop our client’s Quality team, ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and critical to maintaining excellence across our production process.

• Lead and manage the Quality Department team.
• Oversee inspections at all stages of production, including first-piece approvals, in-process checks, and final inspections.
• Train employees on inspection methods, quality procedures, and use of measuring equipment.
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
• Audit processes, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Address customer concerns and maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Apply AIAG core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA).
• Drive process improvement, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and quality-related software.
