Overview
Press Operator
2nd SHIFT: 3:30PM - 2AM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
WAGE: $19/HR
RESPONSIBLITIESA press operator works with machines such as stamping presses, hydraulic presses, and punch presses to shape or cut metal parts. Their tasks include:
Operating presses to produce metal parts according to specifications.
Feeding raw materials (sheets or coils) into the machine.
Monitoring production for quality issues (burrs, defects, etc.).
Adjusting machine settings as needed (pressure, stroke, speed).
Performing basic maintenance and tool changes.
- Ability to bend, stoop and stand entire shift
- Machine operation experience along with setting dies
- Safety and qualify focus a must
