What We’re Hiring For- Position: Grain Receiving – 2nd Shift
- Location: St. Ansgar, Iowa
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Receive grain shipments from trucks and rail cars
- Collect and grade samples for our onsite lab
- Communicate with drivers and team members
- Operate automated unloading systems
- Work outdoors and indoors in milling operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Basic math and computer skills
- Previous grain handling experience is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Competitive hourly wage with wage reviews every 6 months for the first 4 years
