Manufacturing Associate – Clickstop, Inc.
We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role blends hands‑on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You'll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.
Location: Urbana, IA
Hours and Compensation- Full‑time schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm;
Friday, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm - Starting pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

To remain agile, team members will be cross‑trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing/packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Position requires repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, sitting, and squatting movements.
- Tie Down (Strap Manufacturing)
- Read and understand work orders.
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie‑down straps.
- Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
- Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
- Tie Down Packing
- Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
- Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
- Lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Utilize Net Suite and Ship Hawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory.
- Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and work to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.
- Cargo Nets
- Read and understand work orders.
