The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager manages, organizes, maintains, and continuously improves Talent Acquisition systems, tools, processes, and associated resources to align with the organizational goals, strategy, and current and future talent acquisition needs. This position serves as the primary administrator and strategic owner of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leading a high-performing administrative team responsible for requisition and offer workflows, data integrity, and pre-boarding compliance.

This role ensures operational excellence through process optimization, stakeholder training, and data-driven decision-making.

Position Information :
This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition .

Compensation :
Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 80,000.00 and $ 90,000.00 per year. El igible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location:

Priority for this US-based position will be given to applicants who are willing and able to work up to two days each week from our Tempe, AZ office. Fully remote candidates must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to be considered.
