Warehouse Manager

Plumb Supply Company, a leading distributor of plumbing and HVAC products has an opening for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail, and a team player to join their Spirit Lake team. This Warehouse Manager position will be working full-time Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.

• Maintain receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
• Work with inside and outside sales staff to create a positive work environment
• Maintain warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, planning, and monitoring
• Perform a variety of duties such as picking material, loading, unloading, staging, and shipping material
• Make occasional deliveries to customers' shops or jobsites
• Other duties as needed

• People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work, and explain ideas and duties
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with employees, supervisors, and customers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record check
