JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will report into the Office Manager oversee and manage customer service and assigned tasks.

  • Coordinates and dispatches customers shipments
  • Ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicates with customers as required and in conjunction with the Warehouse/Processing Managers.
  • Coordinates and develops inbound and outbound freight schedules
  • Communicates to and coordinates with various warehouse/processing departments, customers and carriers all pertinent information regarding shipments and receipts.
Education and Experience s
  • 2 years of office experience that includes customer service
  • Ability to work with in software systems
  • Pleasant personality on the phone and in person----
  • Resolve customer complaints as needed.
  • Lead and manage others and processes.
