About the RoleAs a Site Superintendent, you’ll oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct employees performing industrial equipment repair and maintenance
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor quality
- Act as liaison between Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and Departments
- Promote C&W Services internally and externally; mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, codes, and standards
- Drive continuous improvement through RCA and team development initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks: timekeeping, job planning, work order completion, material ordering
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, shutdowns, and vendor support
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations
- Organize training seminars for employee development
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 10 years industrial maintenance experience and supervisory experience required
- Background check and drug screen required
Salary:
Up to $110,000 (DOE)
- Weekly pay on Fridays
- Comprehensive benefits available with up to $14K company paid annually
