We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects from planning through completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and excels at delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Manage complex construction projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead planning, customer meetings, pre-construction, construction, and closeout activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budgets.
• Mentor project management staff and propose process improvements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 6+ years of project management experience overseeing large or complex projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Epicor, or similar).
• Ability to read blueprints and design drawings.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites – up to 50% travel
