Main Duties and Responsibilities

What you will do here

Our Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment for all staff and visitors. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, sanitizing, mopping, sweeping, washing, dusting, and removing of waste material from all designated areas of the Clarion Boards facilities, as well as all other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• A keen attention to detail, problem solving skills, communication skills
• The ability to successfully meet the physical demands of the position
• Perfect or near-perfect attendance record

• Prior experience in a custodial role
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed

• Sitting, standing on concrete, walking, climbing, lifting, push/pulling, reaching, bending, seeing, hearing, dexterity of hands and fingers, and written and verbal communication.

This full-time position offers a flexible 40 hour working schedule
- Monday through Friday. Daily hours of this position must be planned in correspondence with normal office hours.
