Position Type: Full-time

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on district facilities, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and athletic facilities.

Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Repair doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, drywall, and fixtures.

Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests.

Maintain and repair district equipment, tools, and vehicles as assigned.

Assist with setup and teardown for school events, meetings, and activities.

Perform minor painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

Maintain school grounds including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and debris cleanup.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and district policies.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

Assist with inspections and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.

Experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or related field is preferred.

Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate equipment such as forklifts is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
