Lead Facility Housekeeper

SUMMARY

To supervise the housekeeping shift and maintain cleanliness in the facility.

• Responsible for all shift functions including scheduling and personnel assignments.
• Understanding and following proper procedure for radio usage.
• Cleaning of facility including dusting, pick up, dumping ash trays, vacuuming, dumping garbage and cleaning windows.
• Heavier cleaning to include extraction, cleaning high windows, tile floor care and ceramic floor care.
• Independently cleaning assigned areas.
• Observing and identifying spots, stains or spills and cleaning them in an efficient manner.
• Communicating with Facilities Manager regarding employee issues or directives.

Direct supervision of housekeeping staff on that particular shift.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
