As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents by keeping the community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Fixing minor plumbing issues and leaks
• Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
• Assisting with landscaping and grounds upkeep
• Supporting general facility projects as assigned
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and staff

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Positive, professional, "can-do" attitude
• Willingness to work in a senior living environment
• Respectful and courteous toward elderly residents
• Reliable and eager to learn (experience helpful but not required)
