Ventilation and Filtration Tech - Iowa Falls, IA

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep for ventilation and filtration systems in our filtered farms
• Work closely with site manager and/or production supervisor to ensure the ventilation/filtration system is operating as designed
• Perform regular inspections of filters and filter rooms to ensure integrity of filtration system
• Demonstrate knowledge in general construction methods including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and controls
• Train farm staff on ventilation systems, controllers, and filter inspections
• Bilingual in Spanish and English - preferred
• All duties completed while adhering to Iowa Select Farms policies and procedures

• Full time positions are salaried
• Pay wage is determined by experience level coming into the role, so previous experience and proficiency in areas listed above is preferred
