Job Responsibilities

Perform field missions at customers (repair, installation, maintenance) using the required tools, technologies, and documentation.

Inform dispatcher/planner in case of deviation from target time and when the mission is finished.

Identify spare parts during missions.

Provide information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors of machine damages caused by the customer.

Conduct in-house service.

Perform briefing after installation and complex repairs.

Send back spare parts and tools after missions.

Act as lead engineer for complex installations.

Report tasks to the project manager during complex installations.
