We are working with a rapidly growing $100M+ manufacturer that is a leader in the custom products space. They are looking for a Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to bring structure and strategy to a supply chain function that does not currently have a formal sourcing strategy. While the title is Supply Chain Manager, this role is initially going to be more procurement, sourcing, and category-management focused, not logistics-driven.
The business is looking for someone who wants to build, influence, and make a name for themselves in a growing organization.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team
- Develop and execute corporate sourcing strategies
- Oversee procurement of direct and indirect materials across all business units
- Identify and mitigate supply risks
- Bachelor's degree
- APICS certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- ERP/MRP experience
