Position Details
Immediate opening for full‑time SMARTSERVICE ROUTE DRIVER positions.
Location: Canteen - 300 Waterfield Drive, Garner, North Carolina 27529. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time;
Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
Requirements: Prior box truck, merchandising, or delivery experience is preferred.
Willing to train!
Perks: Training rate of $850 weekly. Commission‑based pay with 5.5% to 6% sales commission based on performance. Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.

Summary: Drives company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory. Responsible for the delivery of top‑notch service to clients and customers at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck is properly loaded with all product required to properly service all scheduled machines following outlined operational procedures.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
- Load hand cart with totes of product, walk to the machines, and load the machines. Return to truck with hand truck of empty totes.
- Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment.
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines. When necessary, report defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators or technician dispatcher.
- Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via a handheld computer.
- Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services.
- Listen to and resolve service complaints; report all client and/or customer complaints to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays, or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
- Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with established procedures.
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years driving experience required.
- Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
- Preferred 1‑2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
