Candidate Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Solid academic background (law review, moot court, clerkship a plus)
• Must be willing to sit for Nevada Bar if not currently admitted. Must be admitted to another state to be eligible.
