Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a growing enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, guiding projects from early planning and vendor evaluation through implementation, testing, and go‑live.

You will oversee enterprise software implementations, system upgrades, and major enhancements while ensuring alignment with business priorities. The right person for this role combines strong ERP program experience, particularly within SAP S/4

HANA Cloud (private edition) — with practical business analysis skills, process design capability, and disciplined project execution.

• Lead full lifecycle IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise software and infrastructure initiatives
• Manage concurrent projects within a broader IT portfolio, proactively addressing resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and cross‑project dependencies
• Partner with Supply Chain, Legal, and business stakeholders during vendor evaluations (RFIs/RFPs) and contract processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and optimized workflows
• Oversee test strategy, test case development, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination to ensure quality outcomes
• Guide the creation of technical documentation including system specifications, process maps, and user‑facing materials
• Ensure adherence to governance, security standards, change management practices, and SOX‑aligned controls
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and delivery practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience (10+ years in project leadership)
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience in enterprise‑scale environments
• Direct experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud (private edition) implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud‑based architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical thinking, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
