• Identify, document, and educate employer partners on client EDI requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and ensure EDI compliance in various subject areas, including Member Eligibility and Claims Data
• Manage and coordinate EDI deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business customers and technology providers
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business disciplines or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 3 years of EDI technical or business work experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• 3+ years of experience working with HIPAA X12 Standard Transactions

• Previous experience collaborating with Business Users, Programmers, and Quality Assurance Testers in a corporate environment
• Comprehensive understanding of common Health Care EDI transactions: 834, 837, 835, 277U, 277CA
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Exemplary communication skills to address all levels of employees and customers
• Ability to effectively work and conduct presentations to all levels within the organization
