Test Engineer; Middle Level

Possess deep knowledge across multiple domains, with strong adaptability to handle complex and challenging situations. Demonstrate the ability to clarify requirements, proactively identify and resolve issues, and take ownership of solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for building and leading a testing team, providing training, and driving the adoption of automation and AI‑powered testing practices.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that encompass both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
• Create and execute manual test cases to assess performance according to product specifications.
• Work closely with the development team and client to understand product requirements and ensure that the software meets quality standards before it is deployed.
• Conduct system, integration, regression, accessibility, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure comprehensive software quality.
• Contribute to sprint development at all stages, from conceptualization to implementation then deployment.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including attending scrum and sprint planning meetings, to provide feedback and insights.

• At least 3–5+ years of experience as a Quality Control/Tester.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies covering test levels, static testing, and dynamic testing.
• Ability to develop test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
• Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to clarify and break down requirements.
• Ability to test web applications across multiple browsers and mobile applications across different devices and operating systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Strong English reading and writing skills, especially for technical documents.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.
