OnBase Migration Business Analyst

• Support electronic document migrations with a focus on Hyland On Base
• Gather and document migration requirements, taxonomy, and metadata
• Create and maintain source‑to‑target document and metadata mapping
• Validate migrated documents and metadata for accuracy and completeness
• Track tasks, issues, and deliverables using Jira or similar tools

• 2–5 years of experience in document management or document migration
• Strong experience with Hyland On Base
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, macros) and Office 365
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience with Open Text, Microsoft SharePoint, or Kofax
• Banking or financial services experience
• Exposure to loan, deposit, or trust document types
• Experience supporting large‑scale or time‑sensitive migrations
