Software Support Specialist

Overview

AGRILAND FS is looking for a team focused, self-starter to provide software support to internal users while actively supporting projects involving the IT Team. This position will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of software needs but also suggest and/or implement problem resolutions and process improvements. This position will be fully on-site based in our Winterset, Iowa location.

• Provides initial and on-going training and support to users (and team members) on the entire Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, One Drive, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate), Agvance
• Becomes an expert on business software applications with the ability to troubleshoot
• Understands and ensures proper administration of Agvance security setup
• Utilizes Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls
• Places and tracks service calls for outside vendors

• Two year degree in business, computer support, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Experience utilizing business software with an understanding of basic administrative and accounting business functions
• Excellent computer hardware and software business experience
• Demonstrate the ability to solve user problems
• Strong leadership and self starting behavior
