Senior Test Engineer – Mynavi Tech Tus Vietnam

Have solid expertise in software testing across multiple domains and the adaptability to work effectively in complex environments. Proactively clarify requirements, identify potential issues early, and take ownership of testing outcomes. As a senior member, support team development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promoting automation and AI-driven testing initiatives.

• Perform all essential tester activities (including manual testing when necessary).
• Design and implement Test Strategies for each project, covering both UI testing and functional testing.
• Apply AI and automation testing tools to automate the testing process for both UI and functional layers, including developing and maintaining test scripts/frameworks.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential risks.
• Prepare and review test plans and test scenarios, ensuring maximum test coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify and report defects, track fixes, and perform re-tests.
• Mentor and coach team members on automation, AI-powered testing, and testing best practices.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, PM, etc.) to ensure project quality and timelines are met.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control/Tester or in a similar role, with proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficient in using some automation testing tools for both UI and functional testing.
• Experience applying AI-powered solutions to enhance or automate testing processes (e.g., test case generation, defect prediction, visual testing).
• Strong working knowledge of test design techniques and compatibility with various software platforms.
• Good programming skills for writing and maintaining automation scripts/frameworks.
• Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to clarify and break down requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data and evaluate system performance.
  
  Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination, leadership skills, and experience mentoring junior testers.

• Japanese language proficiency and/or Japanese certification.
• Testing certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certificate or Certified Software Test Lead.
