This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources (HR) Manager role based in Orange City, IA. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, developing staff training programs, coordinating payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also contribute to strategic HR planning and initiatives to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies
• Proficiency in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws
• Skills in training program development and delivering HR-related workshops
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the agricultural or animal health industry is an advantage
