Rome Grinding Solutions is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to support and strengthen the organization by developing and executing HR strategies that align with company goals, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee growth to drive overall business success.

• Strategic HR planning and workforce development
• Recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Employee relations and conflict resolution
• Performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Compensation and benefits administration
• HR policies, compliance, and legal adherence
• Organizational development and diversity initiatives
• HR data analysis and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 3+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems preferred
