Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Recruitment Process
    :
    Spearhead the entire recruitment cycle to attract and secure high-caliber talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and culture.
  • Oversee Pre-Employment and Onboarding
    :
    Manage all pre-employment communications and onboarding activities, providing comprehensive support to new employees to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain Payroll Records
    :
    Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll records by accurately collecting and entering employee data and submissions.
  • Provide Benefits Guidance
    :
    Offer expert guidance to employees regarding their benefits, including eligibility, coverage options, and other related topics.
  • Manage Leave and Claims Administration
    :
    Oversee the administration of leave of absence, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and disability claims, ensuring compliance and support for affected employees.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance
    :
    Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Support Employee Investigations
    :
    Assist in conducting thorough investigations into employee-related issues, such as harassment, discrimination, and policy violations, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Implement HR Policies and Programs
    :
    Collaborate with the HR department globally and locally to implement and support HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Other Projects and Duties
    :
    Participate in additional projects or duties as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the HR function.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Results-driven with the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Bi‑lingual (English and Spanish).
