- Perform analysis of information from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations for enterprise programs
- Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics related to Functional Administration
- Participate in testing new systems and enhancements, providing support for production issues
- Assist with data auditing, compliance reporting, and management of regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing HR activities
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
- Experience with payroll tax and UKG (United Kronos Group)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
