- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to deliver educational tools and meetings
- Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and support new program development
- Provide strategic direction on compensation and recognition issues, offers, and job changes
- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting compensation programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize and analyze data from various sources
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to influence others and gain support for decisions
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
