Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and collaborate alongside the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
  • Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and current industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus
