Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and collaborate alongside the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
- Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and current industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus
