We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Medical Director for a permanent position near Ainsworth, Iowa. Work as a Medical Director alongside a supportive leadership team to drive operational excellence, patient care quality, and team collaboration. Modern Facilities:
Oversee a 17-bed emergency department (ED) with an annual patient volume of approximately 20,000 visits and a 9% admission rate. Trauma Preparedness:
Lead care in a Level IV trauma center equipped with advanced resources and an EMS base station for seamless emergency response. Supportive Coverage:
Enjoy 12 hours of daily advanced practice clinician coverage and support from an established hospitalist program. Advanced Systems:
Utilize Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) to streamline workflow and patient documentation. Qualifications Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (EM) or Primary Care with substantial ED leadership experience. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
