Certified Medication Aide CMA

Overview

PRN (on-call) 2nd shift fulltime; PRN (on-call) opportunities. This job opportunity is located in Oelwein, Iowa. We are currently searching for Certified Medication Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Grandview Healthcare Center.

• As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. You will ensure residents receive the medications they need, perform Activities of Daily Living, observe changes in condition, maintain a safe environment, and provide ongoing education. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail help ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and CPR certification.
• One (1) year of CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
