• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitors residents' vital signs and responses to medications, reporting any unexpected reactions.
• Assists with direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and helping with examinations and treatments.
• Provides exceptional care to residents.
• Documents all care accurately and thoroughly.
