About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist. The FFT Specialist provides FFT services, as well as oversight and clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapists delivering evidence-based services to youth and families.

This role ensures fidelity to the FFT model, provides clinical guidance, and works collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.

Salary Range

$55,000-$65,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

• Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
• Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals with mental illnesses
• Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
• A certification in functional family therapy is preferred but not required
