• Deliver compassionate, individualized care to residents under the guidance of nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and other support tasks.
• Promptly respond to resident needs and requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Ensure the rights and dignity of all residents are respected at all times.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude.
• Previous CNA experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
