Our outpatient setting in Independence, IA welcomes part‑time Speech Language Pathologists to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams for individualized patient care.

$35‑$40 per hour (negotiable)

20‑30 hours per week, flexible scheduling

• Master of Science in Speech‑Language Pathology and licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent clinical judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Provide patient assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Participate in clinical team processes.
• Teach and train caregiver staff.
• Involve in clinical program development.
• Supervise other licensed speech therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required.
