, defined as a community service agency that offers a safe, supportive environment for people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, or other disadvantages.

What Winning Looks LikeIn this role, you’ll be responsible to:
- Collaborate with the individual to create meaningful daily activities within their community based on their skills, abilities, and goals.
- Identify the member’s interests, preferences, skills, strengths and contributions.
- Plan and coordinate individualized daily and weekly day‑habilitation schedules.
- Participate in community activities related to hobbies, leisure, personal health, and wellness.
- Participate in community activities related to cultural, civic, and religious interests.
- Participate in adult learning opportunities and volunteer opportunities.
- Provide services to individuals based on their unique goals and behavioral care plan.
- Teach individuals how to Castilla accomplish their goals rather than completing tasks for(cidpossible).
- Use behavioral strategies that support individuals and address any behaviors that do not lead to their success.
- Motivate and encourage individuals to participate in their behavioral care plans and reach their goals.
- Participate in recreational, community, and social activities with those you serve, honoring the choices of the individual.
- Apply rights‑restrictions appropriately, only va determined by the interdisciplinary team and when indicated in the individual’s behavioral care plan.
- Provide complete, consistent, and accurate documentation of the individual’s progress.
- Ensure safe environments and instruction to individuals served regarding the practices that help them reach their goals.
- Advocate for individuals receiving services to have as much control over their own lives as possible; all individuals should be treated with respect and empowered to live independently.

Strong communication skills: able to interact effectively with team members and individuals served. - Confidence: balanced boldness and humility; self‑aware and able to advocate when needed.
- Minimum age 18.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation, with proof of insurance covering $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 liability.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
- May require lifting up to 35 pounds; lifts over 35 pounds require two‑person lift, mechanical lift, or ?>
- Prolonged sitting and computer work up to eight hours a day.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Prolonged standing up to eight hours a day.
- Must wear hearing and eye protection where required.
- Must have adequate vision and hearing to communicate and work safely.
- Must be able to drive and transport individuals as needed.
- Must stay alert during working hours.
