We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to joinour compassionate team. As a Medication Manager, you will oversee thesafe and accurate administration of medications to our residents. Thisrole demands meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in medication administration protocols, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. Will provide training and mentorship.

• Administer medications to residents following prescribed dosages and schedules
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
• Maintain precise and up-to-date medication records to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage medication orders and refills efficiently
• Assist with additional healthcare tasks as needed, such as catheter care or medical record management
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality of resident information
• Collaborate with medical office staff to optimize medication management systems
• Provide compassionate support and assistance to residents with developmental disabilities in medication administration

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medication management protocols preferable
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Willingness to assist with housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in resident living spaces
• Ability to engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions to enhance their well-being
• May be required to provide assistance as a dietary aide, aiding in meal preparation and serving
