Village Caregiving is based in Iowa City and proudly serves clients across 30 counties in Iowa
, with additional office locations available for those interested in opportunities beyond Clayton County.

Schedule: This is a PRN (as needed) or part-time role
, with the opportunity to increase hours as our team and client base continue to grow.

As a caregiver, your role will involve providing essential support and care to clients in a one-on-one setting. You’ll help improve their quality of life through:

• Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing
• Assisting with mobility and patient transfers
• Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Offering companionship and emotional support

• A compassionate individual who thrives in a one-on-one care setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide emotional and physical support with kindness and empathy
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards and guidelines
• Committed to reliability and excellent communication with clients, families, and coworkers
• Passionate about helping people maintain independence and dignity at home
• Comfortable supporting clients who may experience challenges such as mobility limitations or memory-related conditions, with patience and compassion
