POSITION SUMMARY

The clinic assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the clinic, payroll, schedules, PTO requests, and CME tracking. Provides clerical support to the Clinic Director and Clinical Supervisors. Clinic assistant is also responsible for other office needs and duties as delegated.

HOURS

Full-time 80 hours per pay period.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have an Associate Degree in any field required, Proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms is required, previous experience in a clinical office setting and medical terminology preferred, must be able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions, Strong decision-making skills and ability to maintain accountability for assigned processes.
