We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Qualifications- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. - Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.
Hourly Wage: $55-$60 per hour

- Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow.
- Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
- Mentor and support pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain high service and safety standards.
- Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.
