What it takes to become a CMA with Care Initiatives:

Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing. CNA must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.

Valid certification as a Medication Aide. Medication Aide must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
