Position Title
MRI Technician
Job OverviewFull‑time position (72 hours / 2‑week pay period); part‑time considered.
Monday – Friday, occasional call, holiday rotation.
Benefits eligible, PTO, IPERS.
Responsibilities- Responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures on patients of all ages.
- Perform x‑rays for diagnostic purposes.
- Follow established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.
- CT knowledge or willingness to train.
- Perform quality diagnostic procedures, general as well as surgical, portable, and tomography.
- Correctly document required information in the computerized information system (RIS).
- Required:
ARRT certification and current registration with ARRT in MRI, Iowa Permit to Practice. - Preferred: 1–2 years of radiologic/imaging experience in the hospital environment.
- Full‑time, Part‑time
$32.10 – $48.26 per hour.
