QHSE Coordinator

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Quality/Health & Safety (QHSE) Coordinator to join the team in Stanwood, MI (USA).

The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the plant's Health & Safety, Quality Management, and Environmental Systems.

• Participates in Health & Safety meetings
• Performs internal auditing
• Analyzes monthly HSE KPI statistics and updates the ISO 18001 H&S system
• Performs first off checks
• Updates IMTE calibrations
• Reports monthly KPI data
• Updates Intravista system regarding BRC, Health, Safety, and Environmental global standards
• Reports near misses and establishes Root Cause Analysis (RCA) closure

Background and Experience

• 1-3 years of Healthy & Safety and Environmental knowledge
• 1-3 years of Product Quality Testing experience
• Computer literacy

• Work is moderately supervised
• Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
• Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Supervisory approval is obtained on situations where practices and procedures do not exist or where deviations to existing procedures occur
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
