NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic community pharmacy serving patients in Iowa, Texas, North Dakota and Minnesota. We prioritize one-on-one patient counseling and medication management with the goal of delivering the best pharmacy value without sacrificing the quality of care prized by our patients.

We are seeking a full-time Iowa certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) to join our pharmacy team in Ackley, IA. This role includes a $500 sign-on bonus at hire (included in the first payroll check) and an additional $500 bonus in 90 days of employment if there are no pending disciplinary actions. Full-time positions offer competitive wages and a benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Pharmacy store hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday (closed over lunch hour) with no Saturday hours for technicians. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays and all major holidays. Schedule for this position will be at least 30 hours a week.
